1. Plans and prices
Subscriptions are offered on the plans published on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Each plan defines included limits (for example users, locations, companies and brands, storage and AI requests) and optional add-ons. Prices are shown in the plan currency and exclude applicable taxes, which are added according to the billing country.
2. Trial
A trial starts without a payment method. When the trial ends without an active plan, the account moves to billing-only access: data is retained and can be exported, but operational features are suspended until a plan is activated.
3. Billing periods
Monthly plans renew every month; annual plans are charged in advance for twelve months at the published annual price. Renewal happens automatically at the end of each period unless the subscription has been cancelled.
4. Upgrades, downgrades and add-ons
Upgrades and add-ons take effect immediately and are charged pro rata for the remainder of the current period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal; limits of the lower plan apply from that date.
5. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails we retry and notify the account administrator. After the grace period published in the account, the account is moved to billing-only access until payment succeeds.
6. Invoices and taxes
Invoices are issued for every charge and are available in the account at any time. You are responsible for providing accurate billing details and tax identifiers.
7. Price changes
Price changes are announced at least 30 days before they apply to your next renewal.
