1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the AKROUN Hospitality ERP software-as-a-service platform (the "Service") provided by [Legal entity name] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms on behalf of the organization you represent.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for the accuracy of registration details, for safeguarding credentials and for all activity under your organization’s accounts. Access is granted per user and per role; you must not share credentials or circumvent access controls.
3. Subscriptions, trials and billing
The Service is offered on subscription plans published on our pricing page. Trials convert to billing-only access when they end unless a plan is activated. Fees are billed in advance for the selected period, exclude applicable taxes, and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal.
4. Your data
You retain all rights to the data you enter into the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, back up and display it in order to provide the Service. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you upload and for obtaining any consents required from your staff, suppliers and customers.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service, attempt to access other organizations’ data, reverse engineer the platform, introduce malicious code, or use it in violation of applicable law. Our Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms.
6. Availability, support and changes
We aim for high availability and maintain backups, but the Service is provided "as is" without uninterrupted or error-free guarantees. We may improve or change features; material reductions in functionality will be notified in advance.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access for non-payment, security risk or breach of these Terms. You may cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. After termination you can export your data for [30] days, after which it is deleted in line with our retention policy.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law
