Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page of your account. Access continues until the end of the period already paid; no further renewals are charged. Cancelling during a trial ends the trial immediately.
Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we fail to provide the Service materially as described. Annual plans cancelled within [14] days of the first charge are refunded in full on request. Refunds, when granted, are returned to the original payment method.
Data after cancellation
After cancellation your organization keeps read-only and export access for [30] days; afterwards data is deleted or anonymized in line with the Privacy Policy, except where longer retention is required by law.
